How to Prepare a Shoebox-2015

Help J-Jireh Ministries collect 4,000 Shoebox Christmas Gifts & Raise $50,000 for Children in Need!

J-Jireh’s Christmas Shoebox Challenge is Underway!

Our Christmas Shoebox Gift Challenge has officially kicked off. Our goals are to collect 4,000+ shoebox gifts this year and raise $50,000.

In 2016, we served 39 various Shelters, Foster Placement Agencies, Ministries and Organizations and gave away almost 3,000 custom filled gifts with many needed necessities, toys, clothes and personal items.

This year, in addition to the Shelters and Organizations we have already committed to, we have also adopted 2 churches from Rockport and 1 church from Houston whose families have lost dearly because of Hurricane Irma, some have lost everything. We will be providing gifts for children and teens, from infant to 17 years of age, to ease the burden and help with healing and recovery. All the gifts stay in Texas and most are delivered in and around San Antonio and our Hill Country.

How can YOU help?

  • Please consider leading an effort to gather shoebox gifts from your family, friends, church, schools and/or co-workers.
  • Join one of our great Teams in collecting gifts and donations.
  • Donate today!
  • Adopt a Shelter or Family by providing Christmas Shoebox Gifts specifically for them.
  • Help with delivering gifts, sorting, packing or labeling.
  • Help with wrapping shoeboxes or providing supplies and toys.

If you would like a poster that you can put up in your office or work place, please contact us at jjministries12@gmail.com and let us know. We would be happy to provide one.

Gifts are accepted year-round but for this Christmas, please have your shoebox gifts ready no later than November 15th. They must be inspected, labeled, assigned and delivered before December 23rd.
